Jen Hill is an ACMM Mentor, regular ACMM retreat, and practice night facilitator, and meditation and mindfulness business owner with almost a decade of experience supporting others through meditation and mindfulness practices.
Passionate about creating supportive and transformative experiences, Jen helps people reconnect with themselves through compassionate presence, somatic awareness and mindful self-inquiry. Her clients range from local community to corporate.
Drawing on mindfulness, somatic awareness and neuroscience-informed practices, Jen creates grounded and nurturing spaces that support emotional wellbeing, self-compassion and deep inner connection.

A: No. This retreat is suitable for both beginners, experienced practitioners and meditation teachers
A: We recommend creating a quiet and comfortable space where you can fully engage in the retreat practices. You may also like to have a journal, water and anything that helps you feel supported and comfortable.
A: Yes the retreat will be recorded and you can purchase the recording for an additional $20
A: Yes. There will be opportunities for reflection and connection, through breakout rooms.
A: Absolutely. Participants are welcome to join from anywhere in the world.
A: You will receive Zoom access details via email prior to the retreat.
This retreat is an opportunity to step away from the busyness of daily life and reconnect with the wisdom, presence and wholeness that already exists within you.
